I had trouble getting my payment to go through, and the whole checkout process literally took way longer than it should have.

I stopped by with my sister the selection was small. We looked around for a bit, but I couldn’t really find anything I wanted.

They did eventually reply, but it took a few days, and I think I had to follow up twice before hearing back. It was a little frustrating, especially since it was right before my party

My order showed up with the box crushed on one side and a small tear near the top, so it didn’t really feel like it was protected during shipping. I was disappointed since it was for a gender reveal and I was hoping it would arrive looking nice. That said, the item itself wasn’t completely ruined, thankfully, but the packaging definitely could’ve been handled better...

The reveal itself was really fun and made the moment feel exciting, but the cleanup was a pain. One of the cannons barely popped right, which was annoying when we were all waiting for the big moment.

It took a bit to hear back and the refund was slower than I expected too. I did get some money back, but after shipping and fees it didn’t really feel worth it. Not a terrible experience or anything, but I probably wouldn’t order extra stuff from here again

Shipping was fine, but my order showed up with the wrong color powder. I ordered blue and got pink, which basically messed up what we had planned for the party. I tried reaching customer service, but I had to wait in the queue for way too long, and by the time they finally got back to me, it was already too late to do anything about it.

The stuff looked really cute when I set it up, and it did the job for the party. But a few pieces felt kind of cheap, which was a little disappointing?? I guess I just expected the quality to be a bit better for what I paid
